Three things I've built

The phone demo uses a made-up company and the lead-reply dashboard shows simulated activity, so neither is client work. The inbox monitor is something I use every day for my own outreach.

Demo 1 · AI phone line

An after-hours line for a restoration company

Harbourline Restoration is a made-up company. Talk to its after-hours line below and pretend you're a homeowner with water coming through the ceiling at 2 a.m. It says it's an automated assistant, checks for danger first, takes the address and a callback number, and tells you what happens next.

Harbourline RestorationAfter-hours line, demo

Allow the microphone to try it, and use a made-up address and phone number. Calls end after 4 minutes.

This browser demo doesn't send texts. In a live setup I'd connect it to answer only the calls your team can't get to and text whoever is on call, something like this:

New after-hours job: water, QuincyCaller: Dana R. (made up)Upstairs bathroom leaking through the kitchen ceiling.Water shut off at the main. Homeowner, insured.Call back: (555) 010-2231

If nobody confirms, the live version moves to the next person on the list. I built the demo with Vapi and wrote the call flow for emergency calls.

Demo 2 · Lead follow-up

A lead-reply engine

A working Python system with over 350 automated tests. The dashboard below shows a simulated week with made-up leads and businesses; it hasn't run for a paying client yet.

When someone fills in a form or sends a text, it replies, asks a few qualifying questions, offers times, books the appointment, sends reminders, and follows up with people who go quiet. A watchdog sends a holding reply if the AI hasn't answered within 40 seconds, and a guardrail blocks drafts that mention anything not on the business's fact sheet.

Demo 3 · Inbox monitoring

An inbox monitor I use for my own outreach

A small service checks several email inboxes every 5 minutes, sorts new mail into real replies, bounces, unsubscribe requests and auto-replies, and sends a phone alert for the ones a person should answer. It runs on Cloudflare Workers and the Gmail API, and I use it every day for my own outreach.

Message me on Upwork with what's going wrong, and I'll tell you whether a system like these is worth it for you.
